How much is the Shipping cost?
It is FREE shipping anywhere in the Continental USA and Canada.
Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
We ship via AIR shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Since our Free shipping only includes ground service. Shipping rates to these locations requires an upgrade to AIR Express service. Cost is variable based on the size of the package. Please contact our Customer service at email@example.com to inquire more.
TIMELINE FOR YOUR ORDER
How long does it typically take for your items to ship?
Once we receive your order and completion of your payment processing. Your order will go into production with our production partner, Pictorem. The production/lead times are an approximation based on your type of order and our current volume of online orders. Note: Holiday or weekends can greatly affect your fulfillment and shipping times.
Rolled Canvas: Typical lead time 5 working days from order
Stretched Canvas: Typical lead time 8 working days from your order
Acrylic Print: Typical lead time 8 working days from order
Brushed Metal Print: Typical lead time 7 working days from order
HD Sublimation Metal Print: Typical lead time 9 working days from order
Wood Print: Typical lead time 7 working days from order
Custom Photo Frame: Typical lead time 8 working days from your order
Puzzle Print: Typical lead time 9 working days from order
Metal Print Epoxy: Typical lead time 11 working days from order
Mural Print: Typical lead time 7 days from order

What is my typical delivery timeline after production on my order?
Please allow between 5 to 10 business days after completion of production depending on your median order and location in either the Continental USA or Canada to receive your final product to be delivered.
Where does my item ship from?
We ship from New York to the Continental US customers and Canada for Canadian customers.
What if my product was delivered damaged!
We guarantee that your customer will receive a product free of any production defect or product damage, this includes shipping and defect in the printing. We will exchange it or ship a new one. For factors that we don’t control, such as incorrect texts or misspellings, or quality of the image provided, you are responsible for it. We will always find some way to help you
This is rarely a problem, but when it does happen please do the following:
1: Take photos of the package as received and the product in damaged condition
2: Send photos damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org
3: Include order # in your email

All my fine art pieces are printed through Pictorem, an International known High Quality printing company. All prints are quality checked for perfection and shipped with care. We use professional packing companies to ensure that each fine art piece is properly packaged in transit and shipped with care.
